Family Ministry
Each of our sponsoring congregations hosts fun & faith-based annual family events like our: ‘Bowled Over by the Spirit’ Party, Epiphany Ice Skating Party, Easter ‘Egg’stravaganza, Halloween Party & Haunted House (led by our Middle School group-MYLK), Summer A’s game outings, & more. These events are for EBLYP families & friends, as well as youth from our elementary group (G.E.T., see below). They are intended for youth under 11, but all of God’s family is invited & welcome.

Elementary Youth Ministry
G.E.T. or God’s Elementary-People Together is our elementary - aged youth group. We are a welcoming group for youth in 2nd-5th grades who seek to experience the grace of the risen Christ, to belong in a group where we are accepted, and encouraged to share who we are in our world. We meet once a month to eat lunch together, to explore Bible Stories through drama, singing, art, games & prayer. We also take part in the Family Ministry events above. G.E.T. Together! G.E.T. Connected! G.E.T. Faithful!

Middle School Ministry
MYLK (Middle Youth–Lutheran Kids) is our 6th-8th grade youth group. We meet twice monthly on Friday overnights & Sundays after church September through May. We eat together, play games, grow in friendship, do service work, & interact with the stories of our faith through art, drama, songs, and popular culture like music, movies, and books. We look for Christ in our lives, we explore our personal and spiritual identities, and we partake in occasional adventures that help us face our fears in a safe & welcoming environment. We attend the annual synodical youth retreat, summer camp confirmation week, a snow retreat weekend and 6-8 service projects a year. Got MYLK? Got God?

High School Ministry
SNL (Sunday Night Live) is the name of our senior high youth group for youth in 9th–12th grades. We meet September through May from 4:30–6:30 PM (usually) every other Sunday. We eat dinner together, and discuss where God is in our lives, and “check-in” with each other to reflect on what is going on in our lives and to support each other. At these meetings, we develop our spiritual faith, we hone our leadership skills, and we explore God’s earth, seeking to spread God’s grace and to work for justice through service work and advocacy for the oppressed. We take part in adventures that help us see God in all that we do, be it at our annual snowboarding retreat, when we attend our synodical faith & leadership retreat, when we are working at our 6-8 service projects each year, when we attend a week of summer camp as junior counselors for mentally-challenged adults, or on our annual summer service trip (we have gone to El Salvador, France and South Africa, & NOLA in years past.). SNLers are doing amazing things – hope to see you there!
